| Video Discription | A mysterious drifter Shane (Alan Ladd) is taken in by a homesteader family (Jean Arthur & Van Heflin). It’s immediately clear they face challenges far beyond the tough climate where they’ve settled. An established cattleman harrasses all of the families trying to make a farming living in the area increasing the violence until he hires a gunfighter. As the conflict escalates it becomes clear that Shane is the only one with the necessary experience to put an end to this reign of terror, also showing himself he’ll need to be moving on.
