| Video Discription | A young lady of 36 years with a history of multiple surgeries for severe endometriosis with complaints of severe pelvic pain, constipation, dysuria, nausea, bloating and dyspareunia. The last surgery was an exploratory laparotomy which was abandoned due to a sigmoid injury which resulted in a stoma while leaving all the disease behind. At our centre we performed an operative laparoscopy which lasted 10.5 hours with a multidisciplinary approach consisting of Gynecology, Colorectal Surgery and Urology. We successfully performed a laparoscopic modified radical hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy and segmental bowel resection of 20 cms of rectosigmoid, ileal resection, bladder endometriosis excision and appendiceal endometriosis excision.
