I put together an auto-detect system which scans the boot roms and boots into the appropriate Workbench. Here is how I did it. I have almost all of my Roms going to a standard WB3.1 setup. But when a 3.1 Rom is inserted, then it goes to WB3.9; which is set up for PPC and RTG.
