| Video Discription | All music in this video credit goes to their respected owners Thanks to Kine Master App #semiyapulihora#prasadamrecipes#lemonsemiyarecipe#semiyalemonpulihora How to Make Semiya Pulihora | సేమియా పులిహార Semiya Pulihora Ingredients Semiya 1 Cup Oil 3 Tbsp Urad Dal 1 Tbspn Chana Dal 1 Tbspn Mustard Seeds 1 Tspn Red Chilly 2 Green Chillies Peanuts ¼ Cup Cashew Nuts ¼ Cup Curry Leaves Turmeric Powder 2 Tspns Salt Hing 1 Tspn Lemon Juice 3 Lemons Procedure First Take a big Vessel and add water and to the water add Salt, Turmeric Powder 1 Tspn, Oil 1 Tspn and let the water come to boil once the water is boiling add 1 Cup of Vermicelli or Semiya. And let it cook completely. And Drain of all the water with the help of a strainer. And keep it aside. Now for Tempering take a pan to add 2 Tbspns of oil and let the oil heat and add 1 Tbspn of Urad Dal, 1 Tbspn of Chana Dal, and 1 Tspn of Mustard Seeds. And add 1 Tspn of Turmeric Powder, 2 Red chilies, and some green chilies. Now Add ¼ cup of Peanuts and ¼ Cup of cashew nuts. And Roast all of them well without burning. Now finally add the curry leaves and switch off the flame and add 1 Tspn of Hing or Asefetodia. And let the tempering cool completely. Now add the cooked Semiya to the tempering and mix well until it combines well. Now take Lemon Juice of 3 Lemons and add Salt as per your taste and mix well. And add to the semiya. And mix well until it combines well. Now it Ready to Seve. |
