Vermicelli - 1 Cup 2. Sugar - 1/2 Cup 3. Milk - 3 Cups 4. Clarified Butter (Ghee) 5. Cardamom Powder 6. Dry Fruits Heat 1 tablespoon clarified butter(ghee) in a pan. Fry chopped dry fruits of your choice in the pan. Move them to a different bowl. To the same pan, add 1 tablespoon clarified butter(ghee) and heat it. Fry 1 cup vermicelli. We could do it with already available roasted vermicelli or roast it at home. Fry till it changes colour and move it into a bowl. To the same pan, add 1 1/2 cup water, 3 cups milk and let it boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add fried vermicelli. Let it cook till it becomes soft. Keep checking and mixing the vermicelli. Add desired amount of sugar. Here, I added 3/4 cup sugar.
