A city once known for fishing, grunge, and the tech boom is now known mostly for its chaos. Throughout the documentary, the audience will learn that there isn't much comic relief. Unlike other cities we have explored in our Dregs of the City series, like San Francisco and Los Angeles, Seattle is filled predominantly with despair, and little hope. From Capitol Hill, to Pioneer Square, to Westlake Center, we reveal details about the drug epidemic in Seattle from the users themselves, most of which are abusing the same drug. Being homeless in Seattle, Washington is falling victim to the Seattle drug problem. What they don't know is what ingredient is in the new wave of drugs hitting the streets. Something that is causing people to get sores all over their body, and lose limbs.
