But if you’re bored of having the regular pancakes with sweet syrups, here’s one to cut the clutter! These savoury pancakes will give you that perfect zing to start your day afresh! Ingredients needed for Savoury Pancakes - 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions 1 cup Maida (Plain Flour) 1/2 cup Cornmeal 1 tsp Baking Powder A pinch of Pepper Powder 1 tsp Chilli Flakes 1 Egg 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Melted Butter 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese How to make Savoury Pancakes - 1. In a bowl, break one egg. Add chilli flakes. 2. Add salt to taste, chilli flakes, chopped spring onions, pepper powder, grated cheese, milk, melted butter, cornmeal, maida (plain flour) & baking powder. 3. Mix well using a whisk. 4. Grease a flat pan with butter. 5. Pour the batter on the pan and make pancakes. 6. Flip once cooked on one side. Apply some butter and let it cook on other side too. 7.
