Boil for 20 min or until fork tender 3. Drain the water out and mash the taro (it’s ok to leave chunks) 4. Mix in 1 can coconut milk and 1 drop ube extract for color (optional) 5. Add cooked sago. *To prepare sago, boil 1/2 cup sago for 10 min and then let rest for 5 min with lid on 6. Add sugar to taste (I used ~5oz rock sugar) 7.
