Alongside with his studies he joined several rock and rap bands as a DJ producer before he moved to Turkey for university. First year of university was spent experimenting as a vocal singer for different platforms, after which he finally focused on his long loved direction - electronic music. Jay's style fuses elegant and melodic beats accompanied by deep and soulful vocals. Being one of the pioneers of deep house and nu disco genres in Azerbaijan.
