| Video Discription | Rose Cookies or Rose de Coque are crispy wafer like cookies made by dipping a hot metal mold into a simple batter made with all purpose and rice flour, eggs, milk and coconut milk. As the batter coats the hot metal form and the hot oil, it releases a wafer thin crunchy cookie! I don’t really have any memories of Rose Cookies growing up, but after we moved to Canada, I was quickly adopted by a wonderful woman who treated me like her own daughter. Every year she would make sure we were invited over with the rest of her family at Christmas and as our family grew our kids expected to be at Aunty Pam’s for Christmas. Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!
