Step into our blue workshop as we embark on the journey of restoring the aluminium frame. I'll reveal the exact process we use here at DocWob HQ, which includes a special ingredient from Lommel. It's a secret you won't want to miss. We spend days in the dirty room – it’s not that kind of room! It’s the room where all the nasty, dirty jobs get done. Be prepared to lose days doing preparation in a restoration build. Martin and Martin (aka the Welder and Engineer) create the parts we can’t find and modify the bits we need to make it all come together. Plenty of factory parts and bling are going into this build, including titanium footpegs, a very special spring, and some pretty trick Showa forks. Oh, and how could I not mention the full factory mag wheels with factory tyres? While I am cracking on with this, we also have the VMXdN Foxhill builds, and the original four bikes have now grown to seven! It happens every year.
