| Video Discription | Welcome to my channel Bake N Roll Ingredients: rice flour 250 grams ( 2 cups + 1 tbsp) sugar 1 cup ( mix 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar) you can use all white or brown. water 1 1/2 cup instant yeast 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp Roux mixture: rice flour 1/4 cup water 1 cup Steaming time: small size puto mold 12 minutes medium size puto mold 15 minutes large size puto mold 20 minutes steam on medium heat only. ( kung gusto may biak sa ibabaw ng puto steam on high heat.) |
