| Video Discription | Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Ribbon Murukku is also called ribbon pakoda or nada thenkuzhal is a spicy, easy, very simple instant version of making snack at evening time . INGREDIENTS: Ginger 1 piece Green chillies 3 nos’ Cumin seeds ½ tsp Salt To taste Rice flour 1 cup Carom seeds ½ tsp Oil To fry Water(To mix dough) ½ cup METHOD: 1. Crush ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt with pestle. 2. Take a bowl, add rice flour, carom seeds, crushed paste, hot oil and mix nicely. 3. Add water, mix nicely to a hard dough, take dumpling and place it ribbon mould press. 4. Press it in hot oil and fry it until it is crispy. Transfer into a plate. 5. Now ribbon pakoda is ready to serve. |
