Se reconstruye con injerto de paladar en lámina posterior y de piel retroauricular, única zona sana, en lámina anterior.Interponiendo músculo orbicular reforzado con sutura de vicryl preseptal y tarsal. Se añade lifting tercio medio y tira tarsal lateral. ---------------- Patient with severe facial burns with lower lid retraction and large scleral exposure. Reconstruction is performed with palate graft in posterior laminar area and retroauricular skin graft in the remaining healthy area. Orbicular muscle is interposed in the anterior laminar area employing vicryl suture in the preseptal and tarsal areas. Lifting of the middle third and lateral tarsal strip are added. |
