#EGG Manchurian is an excellent choice for Manchurian lovers in which egg is first steamed and then coated with a flour mixture and then fried in oil.EGG Manchurian Recipe which goes excellent with naan ,rice, fried rice and lot more.

ingredients needed to make manchurian:
4 Eggs
Salt and pepper
2spoons purpose flour
2spoons corn flour
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Finely chopped Ginger
1 tbsp Finely chopped Garlic
1 Onion
2 tbsp Chilli sauce
2 tbsp Tomato sauce / Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
required Salt

Let’s see how to make Egg Manchurian :
1. Beat four eggs in a bowl. Then half a spoon of pepper powder. Add half a teaspoon of salt and mix well.
2. Then put the bowl on the stove and pour a small glass of water in it. Now put this egg mixture in it. Put on medium heat and cook for ten minutes.
3. After 10 minutes egg will be ready. Now take it into a plate and cut it into small pieces.
4. Then two spoons of corn flour in a bowl, two spoons purpose flour, Half a spoon of garam masala, Add a teaspoon of salt, water and mix well. Then add half a spoon of chilly powder and mix well. The dough should be intermittent, not too loose, not too tight
Add egg pieces and mix the paste until smooth.
5. Then add oil to deep fry. After Heat oil add egg dipped egg slices and fry till red. it till it gets a little red colour. Now take it into a plate and set aside.
6. Then add three tablespoons of oil in the pan. Heat the oil and add a little chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies and fry for one minute. Then add half a cup of little chopped onions. These should also fry for a minute. Now add two tablespoons of red chilli sauce, A spoonful of soy sauce, Two spoons of vinegar and two tablespoons of tomato sauce and mix well.
7. Then take a spoonful of corn flour in a bowl, add some water and put it in a pan
Corn floor thickens due to waterlogging. Gravy is ready.
8. Now add the pre-fried egg pieces. This egg Manchurian should simmer for two minutes.
9. Tasty Egg Manchurian is redy.
