Follow these steps to win your debt collection lawsuit. 1.Create your Answer document to the summons. IN MOST STATES YOU ONLY HAVE 20-30 DAYS TO RESPOND TO THE LAWSUIT BEFORE YOU AUTOMATICALLY LOSE!!! That’s not a joke.
