They pick up quality food from grocery stores that would otherwise go to waste, pack it on bikes (up to 200lbs) and deliver it all over Boulder. I had the pleasure of doing a shift with Hayden Dansky, the executive director. It was an incredible experience. Here's a crazy stat, In America today, 60 million tons of food go to waste every year! Organizations like Boulder Food Rescue are so important.
