| Video Discription | Green Chutney Recipe - How To Make A Green Chutney Indian Style Make one basic green chutney and go wild with your own combinations. The options are endless. I have used sour cream to make a sour cream green chutney. You can even use yogurt instead of sour cream. I have also mixed tahini and plain unflavored yogurt and it taste extremely delicious. Or you can only serve the basic green chutney. Serve it with any kind of appetizer/pakora/fries or naan or paratha. Ingredients - For basic Chutney - 2 cups fresh coriander leaves 1 cup fresh mint leaves (no stalks) . Use less if you are not a fan of mint 1 garlic clove 1 green chilli (optional) 1 teaspoon chaat masala (optional) 1 teaspoon lemon/lime juice 1/4 th teaspoon sugar salt as per taste. 6 tablespoons water. Add more if required but as little as possible (just to help the blender blades revolve and make a smooth paste) Sour cream chutney - 2 tablespoons green basic chutney 2 tablespoons sour cream/plain unflavored yogurt Tahini yogurt chutney - 2 tablespoons green basic chutney 2 tablespoons tahini 2 tablespoons plain unflavored yogurt KEEP IN TOUCH FOOD LOVERS - My email - [email protected].
