One Glass Rice Rava 2. 1/4 Chana Dal 3. 2 tsp Ghee 4. 1 tsp Cumin seeds 5. Required amount of Salt. How to prepare Rice Rava 1. Wash required amount of Rice in running water . 2. Spread the Rice on dry towel for drying. 3. Allow to dry the same 4 to 5 in fan dry . ( You can dry the same in sun dry also ) 4. Now add the dried rice in Mixer Jar for blend . 5. Blend the same to a texture slightly coarse. 6. Sieve the rave for separate the rice flour . 7. Rice Rave ready for making Undrallu . Preparation of Undrallu. 1. Heat the pan and add 2tsp of Ghee. 2. Add cumin seeds and fry the same. 3. Now add Water in to the pan Measurement One Glass of Rice Rava - 2 1/2 glass of water. 4. Add washed Chana Dal ( Required amount ) . We used 1/4 cup of Chana Dal. 5. Allow to cook the chana dal .. 6. Once rolling boil add Rice Rava slowly and mixit well . 7. Now add required amount of salt 8. Close the pan with lid and stir in between and cook the same in low flam. 9. Cook when the entire water evaporates. 10. Transfer the same in to plate and allow to cool . 11. When it reaches to a temperature you can handle. 12. Dip your finger in water and take a small portion of mixture make a small ball. 13. Keep the same in the vessel . 14. Keep the vessel in pressure cooking for 10 to 15 mint without whistle. 15. switch of the flame 16. Allow to cool for 10 mint in pressure cooker. 17. Remove the same from pressure cooker . 18. Now Undrallu is ready for naivedyam . |
