Make kozhukattai balls and keep aside. In a small bowl mix rice flour, water and keep aside. Boil water and add rice balls. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add milk and let it boil. Now add rice water, cardamom and mix well. It starts to thicken. add sugar and mix. now add saffron and mix. finally add coconut milk and switch off the flame. Paal kozhukattai ready. செய்முறை: ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் அரிசி மாவு, உப்பு, நெய், வெந்நீர் சேர்த்து மென்மையான மாவை பிசையவும். கொழுக்கட்டை உருண்டைகளாக செய்து தனியாக வைக்கவும். ஒரு சிறிய பாத்திரத்தில் அரிசி மாவு, தண்ணீர் கலந்து தனியாக வைக்கவும். தண்ணீரை கொதிக்க வைத்து அரிசி உருண்டைகளை சேர்க்கவும். 2 நிமிடங்கள் சமைக்கவும். பிறகு பால் சேர்த்து கொதிக்க விடவும். இப்போது அரிசி தண்ணீர், ஏலக்காய் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கவும். அது கெட்டியாகத் தொடங்குகிறது. சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து கலக்கவும். இப்போது குங்குமப்பூ சேர்த்து கலக்கவும். இறுதியாக தேங்காய் பால் சேர்த்து அடுப்பை அணைக்கவும். பால் கொழுக்கட்டை தயார்.
