Get ready to impress your taste buds! 😋 Subscribe to https://www.youtube.com/@Yummy_SandyKitch for more authentic recipes! egg curry, egg curry for chapathi, egg curry recipe in telugu, simple egg curry, dhabha style egg curry, how to prepare egg curry, simple egg curry recipe, egg curry indian, indian egg curry, egg curry in malyalam, egg curry in tamil, egg gravy, egg gravy indian Ingredients: Boiled egg coating: - Boiled Eggs - 6 - Chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp - Turmeric - 1/4 tbsp - Salt - 1/4 tbsp Curry: - Cumin seeds - 1/4 tbsp - Onion - 1 large - Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp - Curry leaves - 1 stem - Tomatoes puree - 1 large tomato - Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp - Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp - Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp - Coriander powder - 1 tbsp - Salt - as required - Whisked curd / yogurt - 1 cup - Water - 1/2 cup - Green chilli - 3 - Kasoori methi - 2 tbsp - Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp - Chopped fresh coriander - 1/2 cup Process: - oil 4 tbsp - Add coated boiled eggs - Fry for 2 mins - Take them out and keep aside - In the same pan, add cumin seeds and onion - Fry onion until golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves - Cook until raw smell is gone and then add tomato puree - Close the lid and cook on low flame until oil separates and paste is cooked throughly - Add turmeric, chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder - Add some water so spices doesn’t burn and mix well - Low down the flame completely and add whisked curd - Mix well and coon until oil separates. Then add hot water to adjust the consistency and thickness of gravy - Add salt and other spices at this time - Cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins - Add slit green chillies and Kasoori methi.
