आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है आंवला लौंजी, आमला की चटपटी चटनी की आसान रेसिपी | घर मे बाजार जैसी खट्टी मीठी आमला चटनी बनाने का आसान तरीका | इंस्टेंट चटनी, बिना तेल का अचार, चटपटी व खट्टी मीठी आमला चटनी कैसे बनाये | मसाला किचन की चटनी, अचार रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | आमला चटनी, नीलॉन्स जैसी चटनी बनाने की विधि | गुड़ वाला आँवला मुरब्बा बनाने की परफेक्ट रेसिपी। आँवला पाउडर, आँवला तेल, आँवला केन्डी बनाये और आँवला मुरब्बा का मज़ा लीजिये साल भर तक। बाल लम्बे करने का तरीका, स्किन केयर रेमेडी, आँखों की रौशनी तेज़ करने के उपाय, इम्युनिटी बूस्टर, बाल झड़ने से रोकने का तरीका, इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने का तरीकाबाजार जैसा अचार, गोभी का अचार, मिर्च का अचार, अदरक का अचार, आम की खट्टी-मीठी चटनी, चटपटा अचार, खट्टी-मीठी चटनी बनाने का आसान तरीका | आँवला चटनी, आंवले का मीठा अचार, आंवले का छुँदा, आँवला लौंजी, सालों चलने वाली आँवला चटनी रेसिपी को शेयर करना न भूले| मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Gooseberry/Amla(आंवला) - 1 Kg
For Amla Launji:
* Gooseberry/Amla(आंवला) - 500 Gram
* Ghee(घी) - 2 Tbsp
* Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tbsp
* Green Cardamom(इलायची) - 1-2
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 250-300 Gram
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Fist
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Rock Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Tsp
* Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Dried Ginger Powder(सौंठ पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Melon Seeds(तरबूज के बीज) - Some
RECIPE:
For Dry Amla, take some grated Gooseberry on a tray & keep it in sunlight for 2-3 Days. Then grind it in a jar and make a fine Powder.
For Amla Chutney, Wash the Gooseberry/Amla & grate them with the grater. Keep the pan on the flame, put some Ghee, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Green Cardamom, grated Gooseberry/Amla, some Jaggery & Sugar in it. Mix them all well & cook well on a high flame. Then put some spices like- Balck Salt, Salt or Rock Salt, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Chat Masala & Roasted Cumin Powder. Mix well & cook it till it gets dry. Then Add some Dried Ginger Powder, some Melon Seeds & mix well & cook well. When it's cooked well then turn the flame off & keep it for cooling down. Keep it in an air-tight glass jar for long time use. In this way, tasty Amla Chutney will get ready to serve.
Tip:
* Don't make the Amla Chutney in an Iron kadhai/pan.
* Do not store the Amla Chutney in a steel container.
