Panagam is a natural drink made with Jaggery, Lemon juice, Dry ginger powder & Cardamom powder, which helps us to stay active in Summer season. This is considered as ayurvedic drink to cool down body temperature and also to provide instant energy. It is one of the forgotten drink in Urban households.
