Roast the Dry fruits in Ghee & roast the Fox Nuts also till they turns crispy. Then keep them for cooling down & crush the roasted Fox Nuts. For Sugar Syrup, take a pan, put Sugar, Water & Cardamom in it & make Sugar Syrup of one string. Then put all the crushed & roasted Dry Fruits in the Syrup. Mix them well, put the mixture in a greased tray & spread it evenly. Garnish it with chopped Pistachios & keep it for drying. Cut it in pieces & the tasty Makhana Paag will get ready.
