Hey everyone! Welcome or welcome back to my Patreon!  👋 If you don't know me, my name is Nick and I post interior design content on YouTube, Instagram and Tiktok.  I love to talk about interior design trends, provide design advice and (some would say) funny commentary on my likes and dislikes in the fabulous world of design. So why Patreon? This felt right for two reasons really, one that makes sense for you, my wonderful audience, and one selfishly, for me. For you, I can offer more specific advice and commentary to a group that is much smaller and more intimate than I can on the other platforms that I use.  My audience regularly dm's me on Instagram, asks questions in the comments Youtube and TikTok videos or reaches out through email. Although I appreciate these comments and I'm flattered my audience values my opinion, unfortunately there are not enough hours in a day to get to all of these comments and responding 1:1 just isn't feasible anymore.  Through Patreon I can gather these questions and share them in live streams and posts and you can engage with me in a more direct way.  Plus there are interesting topics that are too niche or specific to cover on other platforms that I think my core audience here will love. Also selfishly, although I love YouTube and other platforms, it can be taxing to keep up with the treadmill of the algorithms and trends on social media. Your direct patronage here allows me to keep making comment that you and I want me to create over the long term and to weather the ups and downs of other platforms.
