Please reach out to me regarding the name, or names, you would like to be featured in the video. If no name is given, I will choose your first name and your last name's initial. Also, if the name provided is difficult to pronounce, please give me a breakdown on how to say it.

If the name you choose is inappropriate or I feel it is not suitable for my audience, I will either use your first name and your last name's initial or refund you your money.
