Hello, 

My name is Sherry Almas aka ExaltHIMvdo. 

 I started my YouTube channel (initially GadgetKid DXB, now
rebranded to ExaltHIMvdo) over two years ago (4th September 2020), and so far, I
have created 175 videos, yet I feel I have only just started! 

 

During lockdown in 2020, I discovered there is a need for
quality lyric videos on YouTube. I was inspired to create a Christian media
resource for individuals and groups who can use the media in their worship services
and enjoy them anywhere, and at any time. 

 

This is the original description from the About page on YouTube. 

 

“A good song, is a good song, is a good song, no matter how
old it is. Anything that's well-crafted will stand the test of time. This
channel seeks to highlight well-crafted songs that glorify God. My aim is to
create simple lyric videos that can be used in personal and/or corporate
worship using the best CD-quality version I have in my library. The lyrics are
from the Songs of Fellowship word book or typed out from the album sleeve.” 

 

It takes me 3 – 7 hours to create a video, not including
finding and choosing the next tracks to work on. I fit this in between my day
job, my church and time spent with family and friends. 

I really want to do this full-time, as there is nothing more
important for me than to do God’s work and to help fellow believers to connect
with their Creator and grow in their faith. 

 

So my initial main goal for this channel is to generate
enough income to support me full time, allowing me to create more music videos and
other types of content in the future. At this stage, I have only set one tier
for people to support the channel, but I am working on adding more tiers and
more rewards in the near future so please check back regularly. I have also set
up some intermediate goals which you can check on the site.

Support the channel. It takes me 3-7 hours on average to make one video over a few days, in between my day job and church. I would really love to do this full time. Please help me achieve this goal. Thank you.
