Hello there! I'm Andrew, and I love stories. Books, comics, movies, games--doesn't matter. I love stories. And I love talking about stories, understanding what makes them work, the context in which they were produced, and, sometimes, how they could be better. So that's what I set out to do!Every story is unique, and while it's easy to criticize something that's bad, there are plenty of other people whose bread and butter is tearing media apart for their faults. I want to celebrate good storytelling, and examine more flawed works that have attained greatness in some areas but falter in others. I want to discuss how a story's medium helps to tell that story, and how the context in which that story was made influences it. If total contributions reach $100/month, I will add this acclaimed title to the schedule*.*We hit this goal way ahead of when I was expecting to, so I want to make clear that the Final Fantasy Tactics Retrospective will come in Summer 2024, between the Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII videos.
