Dino Bars
Mod ID: 1618319057

This mod may be incompatible with mods that override the HUD class, but it can be loaded in any order.

  • Adds health and torpor bars to dinos.
  • Additional information displayed: gender icon, dino name, level, diet icon (herbivore/carnivore/piscivore), living environment icon (water/land/air/amphibious).
  • The background color of the level box indicates whether the dino is wild (yellow), tamed (green) or a boss (red).
  • Adjustable view distance, display size, number formats and opacity.
  • Saves and restores modified user settings for the next session.

Keyboard shortcuts
[Alt] + [F5] or just [F5]: Displays the settings window. (F5 can be changed)

[Alt] + [F6]: Toggle bars for wild dinos.
[Alt] + [F7]: Toggle bars for tamed dinos.
[Alt] + [F8]: Toggle minimalistic mode.

[Alt] + [Numpad -]: Decrease the size of all bars by 10% to a minimum of 30%.
[Alt] + [Numpad +]: Increase the size of all bars by 10% to a maximum of 300%.
[Alt] + [Numpad /]: Decrease the display distance by 1000 to a minimum of 1000.
[Alt] + [Numpad *]: Increase the display distance by 1000 to a maximum of 10,000.

[Alt] + [Numpad 0]: Toggle filtering
[Alt] + [Numpad 1-9]: Toggle filter group 1-9

same would love to see this ported as well alot nicer then having to use spyglass on everything opening you to attack while your looking through a spyglass

Hello, at the moment there are no plans to upgrade to ASA. The mod would very likely have to be redeveloped. One of the main reasons why the mod was not developed further was the ARK editor. When first launched, everything was fine. Then the second launch suddenly took 15 minutes. That wouldn't be a problem if the editor didn't crash all the time when editing blueprints (scripts) and then you have to wait 15 minutes again. So I just lost the motivation. If the new development tool is better and you can develop decently with it (and maybe even with C++ instead of just Visual Scripting), then I will think about it :)

Salve, al momento non è previsto l'aggiornamento ad ASA. Molto probabilmente la mod dovrebbe essere rielaborata. Uno dei motivi principali per cui la mod non è stata sviluppata ulteriormente è stato l'editor ARK. Al primo avvio tutto andava bene. Poi il secondo avvio ha richiesto improvvisamente 15 minuti. Questo non sarebbe un problema se l'editor non continuasse a bloccarsi quando si modificano le blueprints (script) e si dovessero aspettare di nuovo 15 minuti. Quindi ho perso la motivazione. Se il nuovo strumento di sviluppo è migliore e si può sviluppare decentemente con esso (e forse anche con C++ invece che con Visual Scripting), allora ci penserò :)
