Having seen so many around me suffering from stress, addiction, suicidal thoughts, anxiety and depression, I decided to embark upon a 9-year journey that would take me to over 35 countries living with and learning from shamans, gurus, monks and tribes. I studied 16 religions and spiritualities, ancient wisdom and modern science, and spent 50 days meditating in total solitude, all in an effort to discover the secrets to a peaceful mind.
If you’re ready to let go of your negative thoughts and the baggage that is weighing you down, if you’re ready for a life filled with joy, purpose and meaning, please join me on the Path to Peace with Todd Perelmuter.

So glad this found me
I’ve been on this same path for some time and it’s been brutal, yet liberating. I’ve been searching for help, for more missing pieces, for things to come together. I’ve heard of this before but I wasn’t prepared to hear it. He popped up as a “recommendation” on another site and after sitting with this, I’m so grateful this showed up on my doorstep. Thank you.
Love!
Love this podcast series and Todd’s books. I find Todd’s teachings and insights calming and extremely useful.
Well communicated
As an Alan Watts, Ram Das, Michael Singer and Eckhart Tolle fan, I really enjoy this podcast. Todd speaks clearly and thoughtfully about the human psyche and has a slightly different approach than the other authors I mentioned. His emphasis is strongly on meditation and as a soul that has been practicing meditation for a couple of decades it’s good to have the encouragement. Thanks for sharing your experiences in a easy to consume manner. Wish I had your patience and willingness to be so disciplined.
