Who are We? I started out in aerospace engineering, saw the iOS app store, saw the writing on the wall and started learning software. He's been writing code for about 10 years now, and thinks creating video content is "the next big thing." It is a brutal and time consuming process, all with no guarantees of any sorts of success, but damn if I don't love it. I think its important to cover the future of our sustainable world, and make sure to spread the word on all the great things that are happening right now. Why do we need Your help? We need your help, because we want to start to do more travel, to meet with the people and companies that are shaping our world for the better. This means we'll have to drive or fly, get hotel rooms, and buy more gear. We can't do this without you guys. 1. We've hired our first full time employee, my Brother in Law, Juan. He's been an absolute dream, and works on all our camera work, audio, and video editing and animating. 2. We have been investing a lot into our gear. Our new studio should should better, with all our acoustic panels, we have a new Sony A7III camera with some lenses for better quality video, and new wireless mics for better interviews etc. 3. Youtube is a very tough place to thrive. You spend 100 hours on a video, only to see it totally flop, because it's all so unpredictable. We need your guys' help here on Patreon to be able to keep paying the bills and keep the lights on! Your patronage, will help us field all the hardware we need, as well as provide us a decent salary for us to do this FULL TIME. Reaching Our Dream We're not going to lie, that's our dream, and it wont be easy, living in San Diego, with our big mortgages and families. But we feel like we're close, and we would never forget the love and support of our patrons. Currently we work after hours, sacrifice sleep to deliver a video about every 2 weeks. If we had enough support, we could do this full time, have more time for our families, AND deliver a video every week. That's the ultimate goal. Also, we want you guys asking questions, starting discussions, and recommending future video ideas. We love the process, and we can't wait to build a community of inquiring minds. Ricky
