I have been using this pre workout powder for about 6 months now. It does enhance my ability to work harder during exercise classes. I simply mix with water and drink it about 35 minutes before exercise classes in the mornings. I would say my burst of energy last about 2 hours. No side effects, it's great. Now, I am on the auto refill and the costs is cheaper.
