So first things first, let’s take a close look of the PowerBen power bank. On the front, it has a 0.96 inch OLED LCD Display. Under that there are three buttons, left, action, and right. You can enter the menu by long holding the action button. Press left or right to move through the options, and long press the action button to confirm. Beyond that, of course, it has many ports. The PowerBen has 2 USB-C ports for input/output, 2 USB-A ports for output, and 2 ports named “MagicDC” and “SmartDC”. If you want specific parameters for each port, you can check out that at the back. Here I’m not going to illustrate one by one. What really astonishes me is for the “MagicDC” and “SmartDC” they support a max 200w MPPT solar panel input, which means you can recharge this by just using the solar input and it takes only 40 minutes under bright sunlight. Perfect for hardcore outdoor explorers! The outer shell of the PowerBen is made of fireproof materials and Aluminum Alloy. Feels compact and portable.

On February 28, Xiaomi held its first launch conference in Beijing National Convention Center. At the press conference, Xiaomi officially released its first first in-house processor SoC Chipset “Surge S1” and Mi 5c.
As a mid-range flagship product, the design of Mi 5c is definitely a considerable breakthrough, it is almost the most beautiful cell phone in all metal body Mi phones! It’s ultra slim, lightweight, comes with a 5.15″ JDI display and 1.6mm ultra-thin bezels. It also equipped with Xiaomi independent processor Surge S1, with fingerprint identification in the front. But I think for Mi 5c’s biggest advantage is the 1.25 micron pixel size, ultra light-sensitive 12MP camera.

On December 20th, Lenovo released a new phone by live broadcasting on internet – ZUK Edge. Just like Xiaomi Mi MIX and Huawei Honor Magic, Lenovo ZUK Edge is regarded as a phone between the flagship and the concept phone.

ZUK Edge’s design looks like Mi MIX, it has high 86% screen-to-body ratio announced by the official data. But the design of this phone is relatively not that radical as Mi MIX, it keeps the receiver, sensor those on the top. The back of Zuk Edge features the same glass material as ZUK Z2 Pro but due to the internal space of the phone increased, the back is extremely flat.
It’s 7.68 mm thickness. Equipped with a 1080P resolution TTDI screen, this screen integrated touch IC and display IC, making it feels even thinner.

Since the release of Mavic Pro, some expert said that “the Phantom series will extinct from its quadcopter product line,” because Mavic Pro is a portable version of Phantom 4 with no compromise. Surprisingly, while Mavic Pro is still on back order, DJI has released a new generation of the Phantom series – Phantom 4 Pro.

Based on the Phantom 4, P4 Pro added the back visual obstacle avoidance function and the infrared obstacle avoidance on both sides of the fuselage. Not only that, the camera has been upgraded to 20 million effective pixels, 1-inch CMOS, up to 4K @ 60fps video capture, and H.265 format storage. At the same time, the battery capacity has increased so that the drone can stay in air for as long as 30 minutes. The transmission distance is also upgraded to 7 km effective distance. Only one step away from 360 degree full obstacle avoidance
The Phantom 4 Pro + is almost exactly the same as the Phantom 4. The most obvious difference is the two infrared sensor module group lies in both sides, and the rear-view obstacle avoidance camera. Thus, it comes with a staggering 5 (front, back, left right and down) obstacle avoidance capacity, while the total number of cameras also unprecedentedly increased to 7.
It should be noted that the obstacle avoidance function on the sides only work in the newbie and tripod mode. The side of the infrared sensing module covers only 20 ° vertically, about 70 ° horizontally. The longest remote sensor range is 7 meters. Even then, DJI still dominates number 1 in the industry.
FlightAutonomy is an advanced aerial intelligence and flight automation platform. Although DJI didn’t announce its camera sensor, we speculate that the Phantom 4 Pro + includes the same 1-inch CMOS from Sony RX100 (commonly known as the black card) series camera (perhaps Exmor RS CMOS sensor), it has effective pixels 20 million (The Exmor RS CMOS effective Pixels is 2010 million). Compared to Phantom 4, which has 12.4 million effective pixels and a 1/2.3 inch CMOS, the Phantom 4 Pro + is 2.3 times larger than its predecessor. The corresponding image resolution and anti-noise ability are greatly increased. Coupled with the new lens module, Phantom 4 Pro + is no doubt, a killer of the Phantom 4. Power system upgrading
The additional FlightAutonomy system for the Rear View Module and the Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Module will undoubtedly require a higher performance processor. The Phantom 4 has as many as 24 processors, and in the Phantom 4 Pro +, it will almost certainly feature more processors than that. That or a drastic increase in performance, as can be found on the picture below.

Is the $300 high brightness screen display worth it or not?
What’s the difference between Phantom 4 Pro and Pro +? It’s said that the screen is the biggest difference. DJI claims that the Phantom 4 Pro + integrated remote control integrated a 5.5-inch 1080p highlight display, and the battery life time is around 5 hours. It also comes with the built-in Android based DJI GO APP. The system has the memory of 4G RAM + 16G ROM, because there is no extra APP running on the system, so the speed is about twice as fast as the normal mobile devices. And the largest selling point is that it features an brightness rate of up to 1000 cd / ㎡ with a very low reflective screen, even in direct sunlight. (we’ll test out).

ADAS smart driving assist system provides car track deviation and dangerous car distance warning
The ADAS smart driving assist system which is the innovative design of Yi dash cam, it provides car lane, car velocity and car distance data analysis from the video and will voice prompt the driver when bad driving habit occurs to avoid danger and drive safe.
Car track deviation warning: Yi dash cam will voice remind the driver if they deviate from the track based on its digital image processing ability.
Danger car distance warning: it will active the advanced DSP algorithm based on the car velocity and the distance between the car in front while driving, once you reach the danger distance it will voice warn the driver.
ADAS system even provides low, medium, high bumping sense mode. It automatically activated when bumping occurs to avoid trouble.
