| Video Discription | RDTS MFG..CUSTOM HK SHOP: TESTING A HK21 FOR FUNCTION. This HK21 was in the shop years ago for our HK21EUG Upgrade. At the time his bolt head was worn and running +8 roller's to get correct head space. At that time he didn't op for a new bolt head. After 10,000+ rounds of steel and brass 308 he had progressed to +10's in the rollers and .002 head space and the gun was not performing well. He brought it back to us and we did a evaluation using our hi-speed camera. We determined the ejector cradle had bowed out causing the ejector to malfunction among other problems. So after a new bolt head with -3's and about .017 head space, fixed ejector cradle, tightened extractor spring and threw in a #9 (40 deg) locking piece it ran great with steel and brass.
