| Video Discription | A male patient, aged 32 years, complained of complete rectal prolapse combined with both obstructive manifestations and patulous anal canal (stretch of pudendal nerves and anal sphincter overstretch by the prolapse). These manifestations persisted for 6 years before the first surgery (Delorme Procedure, 2017). then, recurrence of rectal prolapse occurred one year after the surgery with persistence of patulous and hypotensive (manometry) anal canal.
