| Video Discription | Rava kesari Boorelu @My Sweet Home Cooking Process: In 1cup of dosa batter, add 1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp baking soda mix it well, keep aside Now in a pan, add 2tsps ghee Fry, 1 cup sooji in 1ow flame for 2-3 minutes Take into a bowl, keep aside In the same pan add 3 cups of water add 1 tsp salt when water comes to boil add sooji mix well with out lumps add 1 tsp Elaichi powder After water gets absorbed add 1 cup of sugar and mix well add 1 tbsp ghee cook till sooji leaves the pan once mix with hands make round balls of any size, keep aside In a kadai, add oil for a deep fry Take each sooji ball dip into the dosa batter with spoon as shown Now drop them into the oil and fry till golden yellow color in medium flame Take them into a bowl with tissues serve hot outside crispy and inside soft juicy sweet is ready to taste 😋 Please like,share and subscribe to my channel @My Sweet Home Cooking |
