Here's a detailed recipe for making Rava Ladoo inspired by CookwithParul: To make Rava Ladoo, you will need the following ingredients: - 1 ½ cups of suji/rava - 3 tablespoons of ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds ( badam) - 2 tablespoons of chopped cashews (kaju) - 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios (pista) - ½ tablespoon of raisins (kishmish) - 1 cup of powdered sugar - ½ cup of desiccated coconut - 1 ½ tablespoons of fresh malai (cream) - ¼ cup of milk - ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder Now, let's proceed with the step-by-step method: 1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of ghee to it. Allow the ghee to melt. 2. Once the ghee has melted, add the chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins to the pan. Stir and cook the nuts until they turn light golden brown and crunchy. Remove the nuts from the pan and set them aside to cool. 3. In the same pan, add 1 ½ cups of suji/rava. Add the previously set aside roasted nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins) to the crumbled mixture and mix them in. 11. Now, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round ladoos by rolling them between your palms. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture. 12.
