But today we will make such recipe in which you don’t have to make sugar syrup that too in pressure cooker. We are not adding khoya or milk powder. It can be made from very few ingredients easily available in your pantry. You can try these ladoos for Diwali and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe. Ingredients: • 4 tsp Ghee • 1 cup fine Suji / Rava • 1 cup shredded fresh Coconut • Chopped Dry nuts (Cashew nuts and Almonds) • 3/4 cup powdered Sugar • Cardamom powder • 2~3 tsp Milk • Few Raisins Method: • Heat up a pan on medium heat and add ghee. • Add suji and roast on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes. • Do not roast longer. No need to change the color completely. • After about 5 minutes when the color changes a little and ghee begins to release from suji turn off the gas. • Add fresh coconut, dry nuts and mix well. • Transfer the mixture into cooker pot. • Add water at the base of the cooker and place an empty pot in it. • Put the pot containing the suji mixture on the empty pot and cover it. • Close the lid and steam on medium heat until 3 whistles. • Take the pot out and transfer the mixture into a dish. • Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix everything well together. • Add milk and mix well. • You can use water or sugar syrup in place of milk. • You can mix 2 tsp sugar in 2 tsp water and boil for about 2-3 minutes for making sugar syrup. • The mixture for making ladoos is ready. • Roll ladoos from the mixture and garish with raisin. • Rava ladoos are all ready. • These have shelf life of about 1 week in an airtight container. • You can make 12 ladoos from 1 cup suji.
