Ingredients 1/2 cup rava ( chiroti rava or ordinary rava) 1/2 cup rice flour 1/4 cup maida 1/2 cup curd 1 big onion finely chopped 1/2 " ginger finely chopped 2 green chillies finely chopped ( optional) 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 tsp jeera roughly crushed in mortar pestle 1/4 tsp black pepper powder salt to taste 1.5 cups of water ( or as required to get right consistency ) ghee / oil as required ( to cook dosa) |
