After a very unfortunate accident with the sink drain and my former Treehouse Glass domeless... I went thru an assortment of different quartz nails. I've pretty much decided I like the taste and performance of quartz, though finding one that performs, can be frustrating. Maybe the guys at Treehouse got tired of watching crappy quartz nails, because I got a new one, that's built like a tank. This thing is THICK. It will not fit a 18mm male DI joint, but fits very nice in a 18mm female and some straight 14mm (mostly Dewar) connections. As you can see, it looks sweet in the Treehouse Bubbler. As with my original one, this thing just rips. While seasoning does improve performance, these are the only quartz I've used that work consistently straight out of the box. I highly recommend these guys.
