| Video Discription | My go to recipe for making the softest and fluffiest puri to make puri patha or to go with any other savoury dish like beans and puri or gram dhal and puri. Leaving out the salt, the recipe can be used for halwa puri. Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup self raising flour 2 tbs semolina 5 tbs sour milk or maas 1 tbs ghee for dough and 4 more for the frying 1/2 tsp fine salt Pinch of sugar 1 cup lukewarm water 1 cup oil to fry puri We used ready made Patha which is Madumbe leaves, layered with chillie bite mixture. To serve, splash of lemon juice and dipping sauce. And a nice cup of tea! |
