Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/maayehkaisekarun Masala Kitchen Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/masalakitchenbypoonam/ Saritas Kitchen YouTube Channel Link - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5x4u6kU52hgTtLlBaHTSKg #puranpolirecipe #masalakitchen #saritaskitchen #maharashtrianrecipe #authenticmarathirecipe आज मसाला किचन में बन रही है महाराष्ट्र की ट्रेडिशनल रेसिपी पूरन पोली रेसिपी |स्वादिष्ट और नरम पूरन पोली वो भी बिना मेहनत के एक दम आसानी से, मुलायम पूरन पोली जो मुँह में जाते ही घुल जाएगी | परफेक्ट पूर्ण बनाने की रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: For Puran: * Chana Dal(चना दाल) - 2 Cup * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp * Oil(तेल) - 2 Tsp * Water(पानी) - As Required * Jaggery(गुड़) - 2 Cup * Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 spoon For Poli: * Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 2 Cup * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste * Oil(तेल) - 1-2 Tsp * Water(पानी) - 1 Cup+1-1.5 Tbsp * Ghee/Oil(घी/तेल) - Some RECIPE: For Puran, wash some Chana Dal & soak it for 1 hour. Keep the pressure cooker on the flame & put soaked Chana Dal, Turmeric Powder & Oil in it. Cover it with a lid & give it 4 whistles & then release the pressure & drain out the water. Then keep the heavy surface pan on the flame, then put boiled Dal & Jaggery. Cook till the Jaggery melted properly. Stir and let this Puran mixture cook on a medium flame till the mixture becomes dry. Then put some Cardamom Powder & keep on stirring the mixture at intervals. Once the Puran stuffing becomes dry and thick, switch off the flame & then mash the Puran mixture with a strainer or potato masher & keep it completely cool. For Poli, take a big parat & put some Wheat Flour, Salt & Oil. Mix well & bind the soft dough by adding water. Then apply some Oil on it, cover & keep it for some time. Then take a ball from the dough. Roll it & fill the Puran mixture in the center & sprinkle some Wheat Flour on it. Bring the edges together towards the center. Join all the edges & make a medium or large circle(Poli). At Last, on a heated tawa, spread some ghee. Put the rolled Poli & cook it by applying some Ghee or Oil.
