| Video Discription | #Pulihora #Telugurecipe #traditionalrecipe Hi ! This Video is about preparing Aava Pulihora / Mustard Tamarind Rice. Required Ingredients : 1. Rice -250gm 2. Mustard Seeds (1 spoon for tadka and 2 spoons for Aava Powder) 3. Dried Red Chillies ( 4 for tadka & 4 for Aava Powder) 4.Salt 5.Peanuts - 3 spoons 6.Senagapappu / Chana Dal - 2 spoons 7.Minapappu / Urad Dal - 1 spoon 8.Little Hing 9.small piece of Ginger 10. Green Chillies - 2 11. Curry Leaves 12. Tamarind ( size of a lemon) 13. Turmeric -one small spoon 14.Oil Proceure: 1. Boil Rice 2.Soal Tamarind 3.Take a grinder and add 4 Red Chillies + 2 spoons Mustard + half spoon salt . Salt will reduce the bitterness of Mustard seeds. 4. Grind. add little water and again grind. 5. Now, Take a pan, add oil, add Peanuts, Senagapappu / Chana Dal, Minapappu / Urad Dal , Little Hing. Fry well until they turn light brown. Add Mustard Seeds . Fry for few seconds and take it onto a plate. 6. Add Chopped Green chillies and ginger to pan. Fry for few seconds and then add curry leaves. Fry again for few seconds and then take it onto the same plate. 7. Now, add tamarind juice to the pan , add tuermeric and salt. Mix well. 8.Add rice to the plate and then add tamarind paste ( which is pan ) and then add aava passte ( which is in grinder). 9. Mix all throughly. That's it ! Aava Pulihora is Ready !!
