A 78 years old male patient admitted to Department of surgery on 11.08 2019. due to severe pain in the RUQ of abdomen.
Urgent surgery was performed on 12.08.2019. because of diffuse peritonitis.
Lab. Parameters: WBC-4,2; Granulocytes-84,8; CRP-164; Indir. Bilirubin-28,5; dir. Bilirubin-10,6
Also, angina pectoris patient.
Difficult laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed. A very thickened and inflammated gallbladder wall was found with tough adhesions, certain amount of free liquid in abdomen and fibrin formations as well.
Discharged from hospital the third P/O day in good condition.
