Subscribe My Channel Here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8hVypwJ5hKG3IWfJYOlQ2g?sub_confirmation=1 Ingredients: Urad Dal - 1 Cup, Rice - 1 Cup, ChanaDal - 1 Cup, Water - 3 cups, Jaggery - 3/4 Cup, Salt, Cardamom Powder - Little, Oil - To Deep Fry. Procedure: Soak Urad Dal and Rice for atleast 5 hours or overnight, if time allows. Urad dal and rice ratio is 1:1, gives soft poornalu. Grind them into smooth batter. Add salt and rest the batter for 5 hours. Next soak the chanadal for 1 hour. cook the chana dal until soft. Mash the Dal and add jaggery . Jaggery melts and cook until it gets thick. add a pinch of salt(optional), and add cardamom powder. Once it is thick turn off the flame and let it cool down. once its cool down it will be more thick. Shape them into small ladoos. Dip them in the batter and deep fry in the oil until golden brown. Poornam boorelu is ready. Enjoy!!! "Music: www.bensound.com" **Thank You For Watching** |
