Then put in the mixture of salt and water for 5-10. Now deep fry them in medium hot oil until half done. Before serving fry it second time in medium high hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Keep aside for further use. For Dry Green Chutney In a grinder jar add coriander leaves, green chillies, tasted chana dal, dried mango powder, cumin powder and grind it into a fine powder. Keep aside for further use. For Curd In a bowl mix curd, salt, powdered sugar and keep aside for further use. For Assembling Chaat In a serving plate spread curd, place the fried potato, add some tamarind chutney, sprinkle some dry green chutney, degi red chilli powder, roasted, cumin powder.
