Oil,50 gram ghee,. 2 spn fennel seeds, 2 spn pepper corn, 1_green chilli (chopped), 2spn ginger, cashew nuts as per your requirement,curry leaves, 1/2 spn asafoetida,salt as per requirement.//For kothsu- 1 cup green gram, 2 tbl spn coriander seeds, 1 tbl spn Bengal gram, 2-dried red chilli, 1 spn asafoetida, 4 tbl spn coconut,2 tbl spn oil, 1/2spn mustard seeds , 1/2 spn fennel seeds,small onion 100gm, tomato -2, Brinjal 2, potato-2, some water, 1/2 spn turmeric powder, one spn salt, ghee , coriander leaves. |
