There is very special importance of this stotra on a day of Sradha as one gets blessings of his pitrues as they become satisfied. So listen this on the day of SradhaKarma. It is created by God Brahma. God Brahma is telling that only by uttering "Swadha" one can get benefit of bathing in a holy river. If "Swadha" word is repeated three times then one gets benefits of performing Sradha, Kal and Tarpanam. If the word "Swadha" is repeated thrice on a day of Sradha then one gets poonya of performing hundred Sradha karmas.
