| Video Discription | We're going camping for the 4th of July this year for a week. We have always wanted to try dry ice for our cooler as it's a lot less messy then regular ice, but couldn't find a retailer to buy it from in Delaware. After hunting around on the internet we found that the supermarket chain Safeway actually carries dry ice. They have it in an insulated cooler by the front registers. They sell them in 10 pound blocks at $1.79 per pound. The dry ice is sold under the brand name Penguin Dry Ice which is a brand name for AirGas Inc. Today was just a test to see how well it would work in our cooler while it's empty. So far it looks promising that it will help keep everything cool / frozen for the first few days of the trip by buying 10 pounds. When the cooler is full of food the efficiency of the dry ice will be much higher. We will make a video on how we actually packed the cooler and the results each day by using the dry ice to assist regular ice while we're camping and make a video for everyone when we get back.
