| Video Discription | This is a case of 65 years old patient with symptomatic pelvic organ prolapse, where alternative approach for minimally invasive treatment of pelvic organ prolapse was used. In this particular case aortic bifurcation was covering promontorium so another place of fixation was necessary. Postoperative period was uneventful. Patient went home on the next day after surgery. After 6 weeks patient was satisfied with the result and clinical evaluation showed good placement of vaginal walls and uterine cervix. |
